Membership changes (for example, moving from 3x/week to 2x/week) require at least 2 weeks’ notice before your next billing date.
When you downgrade, unused training opportunities from your current 16-week term don’t carry forward. Your new term starts fresh at the lower frequency.
If you have a Guaranteed Timeslot (pre-booked) schedule, you may need to choose a new recurring schedule. For example, if you shift from a 3x/week Mon/Wed/Fri membership to a 2x/week membership, you may need to move to a Tue/Thu schedule.
