A hydration baseline you can actually hit
Eating slower so you stop at satisfied, not stuffed

Foundations is our full nutrition program for members who want structure and accountability beyond the basics. This is where habits like portions, planning, and balanced plates start to feel automatic.

No. We focus on habits first. Tracking is optional and only used if it helps.

No. We teach skills so you can eat well in real life without relying on a perfect plan.

No. Some people join for fat loss, but a lot of people join for energy, consistency, better routines, and feeling better day-to-day.

Optional. If body composition is a goal, we can use InBody as a helpful tool. If it’s not your focus, no problem.

That’s common. Our coaching can still be helpful because it focuses on habits that support your training and your day-to-day routine (like protein, hydration, and consistency). For anything medical or dosage-related, we’ll defer to your prescribing clinician.

The most powerful lessons were about myself and my eating habits. The early parts of the program dealt with tracking, s-l-o-w-ing down when eating and dealing with emotional eating. They were all game-changers for me.
