SMALL GROUP SIZE

We limit our groups to 6 at a time so our coaches can provide individual attention to each member. You’ll have your own station with your own equipment so you can learn proper technique and progress at your own pace.

WELCOMING ENVIRONMENT

You’re not competing with others. It’s all about personal improvement, not comparing yourself to everyone else. If you’re new to strength training (many of our new members are), this is a great learning environment.

TRACK PROGRESS

How do you know if you’re actually improving? We will track your progress over time – not only your strength, but also your body composition. Each member has access to our InBody scanner for a full body composition analysis.

BUILD A CONSISTENT ROUTINE

Doing random workouts on a random schedule doesn’t lead to optimal results. Our Small Group Training is built to encourage consistency and accountability to help you create lifelong habits.

WHAT YOU GET

Initial Consultation

Discuss your workout history and goals with a coach, and come up with a plan that will get results.

Up to (6) Small Group Personal Training Sessions

Led by our certified coaches, you’ll move through full-body strength and interval workouts to get you stronger and leaner safely and effectively. Read more about Small Group Training here. Sessions can be used over a 2-week period of time.

Full Access to bStrong’s Nutrition Resources

Get access and learn more about topics like how much protein you should eat, how to be a healthier shopper, and what to eat before and after a workout.

Full Body Composition Analysis

Find out how much lean muscle mass you’re starting with so we can track your progress over time.

Brand new to strength training?

We have an Introductory Ramp Up session each week (included with the trial for no additional charge) to cover the basics and get you comfortable with your workouts.
