Six full-body, strength-focused workouts over 3 weeks. You choose your schedule (most people train 2–3x/week). Groups stay small (2–6 people), so you get real coaching and personalized guidance. No guesswork, no wasted reps.

You’ll get a breakdown of muscle and body fat with an InBody scan so you can track progress beyond the scale.

Trial Details
Length: 3 weeks (starts from your first workout)
Workouts: Six coached small group workouts + an optional Ramp-Up intro session
Cost: $99 one-time (plus applicable tax)
Group size: 2–6 people
Led by: Certified Personal Trainers
Locations: Bellevue + Redmond
We're on the Eastside, with locations in Bellevue and downtown Redmond — convenient for members coming from Kirkland, Sammamish, Issaquah, and the surrounding area.

What does a bStrong workout look like?
Each workout is about 50 minutes and is coached start to finish. You’ll be in a small group (2–6 people), but your workout is still tailored to you.
Quick warm-up to prep your joints and get moving
Full-body strength training (squats, presses, rows, etc)
Your own station + equipment so you’re not wandering or waiting
Your plan on the screen - weights and targets are tracked, so there’s no guesswork
Real coaching the whole time - we cue form, adjust weights, and modify as needed
You’ll know exactly what to do when you walk in, and you’ll leave knowing what progress you made.
Common Questions
How does scheduling work during the 3-week trial?
You get 6 workouts to use over 3 weeks. You can book any available times during that window and switch it up week to week based on your schedule (most people train 2–3x/week).
Do I have to join a membership after the trial?
Nope. The trial is a low-pressure way to see if bStrong is a fit. After 3 weeks, we’ll talk through what you want to do next, but there’s no obligation to continue.
What if I’m really out of shape or haven’t lifted in years?
You’re in the right place. A lot of our members start from scratch or come back after a long break. We’ll meet you where you are, scale everything to your level, and teach the basics in an optional beginner Ramp-Up session.
What if I have an injury or chronic pain?
Tell us on the intro call. We can modify exercises and adjust intensity to work around common issues (backs, knees, shoulders, hips). If you’re unsure what’s safe, it’s always smart to check with your doctor or physical therapist first.
What happens on the consultation call?
It’s a quick conversation with a coach (about 20-30 minutes). We’ll ask about your goals, any aches or injuries, and what you’re looking for, then walk you through how the trial works and what to expect. No pressure and no hard sales.
I’m on a GLP-1 medication (Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro). Is this a good fit?
Yes. We work with many members on GLP‑1s. We’ll help you strength train safely, adjust intensity based on how you’re feeling, and track progress with InBody (not just scale weight). For medical questions, check with your prescribing provider. Want the full overview? Read our guide.
SMALL GROUP SIZE
We keep groups small — with an average of 4 people — so you get personal attention every workout.
You’ll have your own station and your own equipment, with a coach guiding your form, pacing, and progress every step of the way.
WELCOMING ENVIRONMENT
Many of our members are brand new to strength training or coming back after time off.
You won’t be the only beginner, and you won’t be judged. Our coaches meet you where you are and help you build confidence week by week.
TRACK PROGRESS
We track your lifts for you, so you always know what to do and what to aim for next time. And you can use our InBody scan to measure progress beyond the scale.
