bStrong Personal Training offers Small Group Personal Training in Bellevue and Redmond, Washington. Sessions run in groups of 2-6 people with a certified coach guiding every workout — start to finish. We work with beginners, people returning to fitness after a break, and busy adults who want structured strength training without the guesswork.
New members start with a 3-week trial for $99, which includes 6 coached workouts, an InBody body composition scan, a 1-on-1 intro call, and nutrition resources. No gym experience required.

What your first week looks like
It starts with a quick call — not a sales pitch. A coach asks about your goals, any injuries, and what schedule works for you. If it's not a fit, we'll tell you.
From there, your workout plan is on the screen when you walk in. Your coach guides you through everything and adjusts as you go. Most people say the first session was nothing like what they were afraid of.
