Intro Ramp-Up Session (strength training basics and comfort-building)

Training Options
-
Yes!
1-on-1 Personal Training: Fully customized workouts with direct coaching (Bellevue + limited Redmond availability)
Small Group Training: A personalized coaching experience in a motivating group (Redmond + Bellevue)
-
1-on-1 Training:
Fully customized
Ideal for injuries or specific needs
Private setting with hands-on coaching
Small Group Training (avg. 4–5 people):
Most popular and more affordable
Personalized adjustments within a group format
Shared coach but individualized equipment, pacing, and progress tracking
-
Each person follows a full-body program with their own weights and progress plan. Coaches guide the session in real-time with technique feedback and modifications as needed. It’s all the benefits of personal training, without the cost or pressure.
-
Yes! Many of our members are in their 40s, 50s, and beyond. Our coaches are experienced in helping beginners build strength, confidence, and habits at any age or ability.
-
Both. Some join to lose weight, others to build strength, tone, or move better. Our programs are strength-focused and help promote lean muscle, which can help with weight loss and long-term weight maintenance.
-
For highly specific goals or severe limitations, go with 1-on-1 training.
For general strength, endurance, and body composition, small group training is likely a great (and more affordable) fit.

We can accommodate all types of injuries or limitations (with medical clearance).
Knee issues? We’ll avoid jumping and running.
Back, hip, shoulder, or wrist pain? We can adjust for that too.
If you need even more attention, 1-on-1 personal training might be best.
Workout Style

Strength and conditioning focused
Functional movements like squats and deadlifts
Key differences:
