bStrong offers coached Small Group Personal Training in Bellevue and Redmond, built for beginners and busy adults who want structured strength training without guessing. New members start with a $99 three-week trial that includes a consultation call, an Intro / Ramp Up session, 6 coached workouts, an InBody body composition scan, and practical nutrition resources. After the trial, memberships are billed every 4 weeks with no long-term contract.

2 workouts/week: $339 + tax

1-on-1 personal training: $120/workout (10-pack) or $500 intro 5-pack
2-on-1 partner training: $80/person/workout (10-pack) or $350/person intro 5-pack

Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Memberships are billed every 4 weeks with no annual commitment. If you need to cancel, we ask for 14 days written notice.
What happens after the three-week trial?
At the end of your trial, we’ll check in about how it went and whether a membership makes sense. No hard sell. If you want to continue, we'll set up the option that fits your schedule.
How does billing work?
Memberships are billed automatically every 4 weeks based on your training frequency - 1x, 2x, or 3x per week. Small Group memberships are recurring access, not prepaid workout packs.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes. If you're traveling or need a break, reach out and we'll find the right option.
What if I miss a workout?
No problem. Your membership gives you booking capacity across the full 4-week billing cycle, not a strict weekly limit. If you miss a workout one week, you can make it up the following week. Train twice one week, four times the next - the flexibility is built in.
Is the trial price really $99 for everything listed?
Yes. The consultation call, 6 coached workouts, InBody scan, and nutrition resources are all included for $99. The Intro / Ramp Up session is also included and optional if you want a lower-pressure start before your first regular workout. No hidden fees.
