Membership Hold Form

Please complete and submit the form below to place your membership on hold.

  • Notice: 1 week of notice is required to place a membership hold.

  • Length: Holds can last up to 4 weeks.

  • Fee / timeslot:

    • Holds up to 2 weeks: no fee to keep your timeslot.

    • Holds longer than 2 weeks, up to 4 weeks: $50 + tax to keep your recurring timeslot.

By placing a membership hold (and paying the fee if your hold is longer than 14 days), your timeslot will be reserved when you return.

  • Holds can be used once every 6 months of membership (with at least 6 months between holds). For example, you can’t use holds back-to-back.

  • You can’t train during a hold – no workouts can be used or booked while your account is on hold.

  • Holds work by shifting your billing date, not by prorating charges. Your normal 4-week billing cycle is paused during the hold and resumes when your hold ends.
