Small Group Memberships
CONTRACT
Small Group Memberships are auto-renewing 4-week contracts. Your account will be charged every 4 weeks on a recurring schedule. Payments keep your membership active and maintain your access to book training visits, up to the limit set by your membership. This is a recurring membership, not the purchase of a prepaid package of sessions.
Termination
To terminate your membership, you must provide bStrong with written notice at least 2 weeks before the desired cancellation date. The Cancellation Form is available at Membership Cancelation Form — bStrong Personal Training.
Membership Structure
Billing and Membership Term: Your membership is billed every 4 weeks and is structured as a 16-week term in Zen Planner. You may terminate within a 16-week term with at least 2 weeks’ written notice before your next billing date.
Training Access: While your membership is active and payments are current, you may train up to:
16 times in each 16-week term on a 1x/week membership
32 times in each 16-week term on a 2x/week membership
48 times in each 16-week term on a 3x/week membership
This is not a prepaid pack of sessions. It is a recurring membership that sets how many times you can train in each 16-week term while your membership is active and paid.
Booking Management and Cancellation: You are responsible for managing and scheduling your workouts through the Zen Planner system (app or browser).
If you need to cancel, you must do so at least 2 hours before the scheduled start time in Zen Planner (not by phone, email, or text).
If you cancel with less than 2 hours' notice or do not attend, that workout counts toward your term limit and can't be rescheduled.
Term Structure and Renewal: Your ability to book workouts applies only to your current 16-week membership term. When a term ends (or your membership ends), that term closes and we start fresh with a new term.
Unused training opportunities from a term do not carry forward into future terms.
Your 4-week billing schedule is separate from how often you train and does not pause while you “catch up” on workouts. Billing only changes if you place an approved hold or cancel your membership in line with our notice policy.
Unused workouts cannot be refunded, transferred, or used to prorate, reimburse, or discount future membership payments.
Extra Training and Membership Adjustments
Training Capacity Limits
Your training capacity applies only to your current 16-week term. You may train up to the limit set by your membership during that term, and any training opportunities not used in that term do not carry forward into future terms.
Membership Adjustments
Membership cannot be paused, downgraded, or canceled in order to “use up” remaining training capacity. Any unused training capacity will not be transferred to new memberships and cannot be used to prorate, reimburse, or otherwise adjust regular membership fees.
How to adjust your schedule
Cancel your original appointment on the Zen Planner app or browser.
Book your new session (we do not allow walk-ins). You can view the schedule on the app and book into any openings. You can book up to 1 week in advance.
An overview of the app can be found here.
HOLDS
Short-Term Breaks
For shorter vacations or breaks (for example, if you’re traveling or sick), you can remove yourself from the schedule at least 2 hours before the start time in the Zen Planner app and book other available times within your current 16-week term.
We use 16-week terms to give you flexibility: train lighter during busy weeks, then ramp up when your schedule opens up. When a term ends, we start fresh with a new term – any unused training opportunities from the prior term don’t carry forward.
You can see where you’re at in your current 16-week term by following these steps.

CHANGING MEMBERSHIPS
Membership changes (for example, moving from 3x/week to 2x/week) require at least 2 weeks’ written notice before your next billing date.
When you downgrade, unused training opportunities from your current term don’t carry forward – your new term starts fresh with the lower frequency. You may also need to choose a new schedule (for example, move out of a Mon/Wed/Fri slot and into a Tue/Thu slot). You can find the form [here].
REMINDER ON CONTRACT TERMINATION
